On the first day of opening your chiropractic clinic, the person who opened the door wasn’t a customer… but a debt collector from the loan sharks. She suffers from chronic shoulder stiffness due to her voluptuous chest. You make her an offer:
“Tatsu-nee… Your shoulders look pretty tense, don’t they?”
◆ Gameplay Flow Just like the main game, this is a simulation game where you deepen your relationship with Tatsu-nee while managing funds and various stats to run your chiropractic clinic.
Repeat the cycle of “Counseling → Massage → Action Choice” and aim to repay the debt within 3 months (12 weeks).

【How to Install DLC】
- Download the zip file of the purchased DLC.
- Extract (unzip) the zip file.
- Launch the main “Doki Doki! Seikan Massage” game, then go to Options and select “DLC Folder Selection”.
- Choose the “dlc” folder located inside the folder you just extracted. (※Please make sure to select the dlc folder specifically.)
- When the message “DLC found. Apply it?” appears, press “OK”.
- Return to the title screen and the DLC will be loaded successfully.
